Shipping policy

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after 12 PM may begin processing the next business day. Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Within the United States
We currently ship only within the United States.
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after the order has been processed. 

Order Confirmation and Tracking
Customers receive an automatic order confirmation email when an order is placed. A second email with tracking information is sent once the order has shipped.

Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at info@footkinetics.com. We can update the address only if the order has not yet been fulfilled.

Lost or Delivered-But-Not-Received Packages
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you cannot locate the package, contact us at info@footkinetics.com and we will assist you.
Foot Kinetics is not responsible for packages that show as delivered by the carrier.
