Rick & Carl: The Founders

Foot Kinetics started with Rick & Carl, two mountaineers who could not find a blister prevention product that would last all day from a single application. They decided to create their own product to be as tough (and persistent) as they are.

From Trail to Tradition

Born out of real miles and real need, Foot Kinetics grew from a solution between friends into a brand built on experience. What began as a mountaineer’s necessity became a trusted staple for anyone determined to stay active without blister pain.

Sammie: Continuing the Legacy

Foot Kinetics is now run by Sammie, Rick’s daughter, who grew up hiking with Rick and Carl and testing early versions of the product on the trail. Carrying the brand forward is both a personal and professional mission, preserving the original commitment to toughness while continuing to refine and grow the company for the next generation of hikers, runners, and walkers.
